About Us
The latticed amber-lit panels, candle-topped tables and leather couches provide a loungey ambience that will give you the urge to wipe your feet before you step onto the hardwood floor. The eight plasma screen televisions keep patrons informed of the latest developments in sports.

The tall windows at Wicker Park Tavern offer great views of the fashion show that is the intersection of North, Milwaukee and Damen Avenues, though oglers may be distracted by the nine plasma TV screens playing mostly sports.  To avoid the big game, turn and face the beautiful (and TV-free) redwood and mahogany bar, lit by panels of calming, amber light, or bring a laptop and provide your own entertainment with the bar's free Wi-Fi access. Most beers cost $4, with cocktails going for $4-$8. A satellite jukebox plays just about every song ever recorded, and even takes credit cards.

Come join us for lunch, after work or even after the other bar's have closed!

"I love this place. Yes, it gets uber crowded on the weekends. But it's right next to my work and all of my friends.
We always have fun there."

"Best 4 AM bar in the area. Way surpasses rival bar estelle's
in virtually every aspect. Cool and modern, the bar is very
attractive. Hot waittresses too!"

"Want a good place to drink after work or before meeting
some friends for dinner? This is your place. Good drinks,
good space, and more tvs than you'll ever need. Also
their $1 burger (all day every day with the purchase of
beer) is one of the best deals around. Fairly sized
cheeseburger comes with fries, lettuce, tomato, onion,
pickle. Great deal. But what is best about this place is
the people watching. At the busy north avenue and
milwaukee intersection, you get a convergence of
pretentious hipsters, dressed up yuppie wannabes,
homeless millefloria, and myriad other wonderfully
eye catching freaks of nature. Especially during the
summer when they keep the door-sized windows open
all around the bar. It's truly great. Highyl recommended!!"
